Brooklands has been newly refurbished to a high standard and has parking for 3 to 4 cars on the driveway. There is garden space at both the front and back with a large outdoor seating area.
One double bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor next to a downstairs loo. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, two have en-suite shower rooms plus there is a family bathroom with a large bath.
Outside Space
Brooklands has parking for 3/4 cars on a private driveway with a gate that can be locked. There’s a small patio space with table and chairs for enjoying the afternoon sunshine.
The back garden has a large patio with table and chairs in the summer. There is a small grassed area with an aerial dryer for beach towels etc.
